Invention Playhouse (Grades K-2)
Set your creativity in motion. Explore the stories of real-life inventors and develop your own inventor's tool kit through activities involving imagination, puzzles, problem solving, engineering, and collaborative play. Students will come away with an inventor's notebook and prototypes of their own invention ideas.

Circuit Science (Grades 3-4)
Join us as we explore the "nuts and bolts" of simple circuits. How do bulb lights up? What is current anyway? How do you create current? What are the differences between current, voltage, and power? What are amps, volts and watts? Boy, this is confusing! Can we figure it out? Come learn how switches work and have fun building simple circuits using conductors and insulators.

Amazing Amusement Parks (Grades 5-6)
Clink. Clank. Clink. Clank. As you make your way to the top of the rollercoaster's steep and endless peak, do you ever feel as if your stomach is so full of butterflies that it will explode? Ever felt nervous and excited and hoped the engineers knew what they were doing? Amusement parks are a scientist's playground. Believe it or not, as you race down the loop or barrel through a corkscrew; physics is all around us. Why do roller coaster cars stay on the track? Explore how forces, laws of motion, and energy make you feel as if you're flying off the rollercoaster or getting buried into your seat. You will investigate G-forces and how to design your very own rollercoaster. So buckle up, sit back, and enjoy the ride!
